Tab Stool 45

Tab grows like a mushroom. Isaac Piñeiro of the Nadadora studio based its form on trobos, the traditional beehives made from hollow logs in the north of Spain.

The base is a curve of chestnut veneer, gently waisted, topped with a round seat that can match the wood or contrast with it in a wide range of lacquers. Quiet tones keep it discreet, while bright ones make it a playful accent against the warm grain.

This is the taller of the two stool heights. It works as an extra seat, a side table beside a sofa or a perch in a hallway, and it is delivered fully assembled.

The family also includes a lower stool and side tables in three diameters, all built on the same base.
