What are preorders?
Preorders let you reserve products that are not yet in stock but are on their way. When a product is labeled as “preorder”, it means delivery will take place at a later date. Each preorder item includes its own estimated delivery timeline, clearly stated in the product description and in the shipping options at check out.
How long will it take to get my order?
Next Day delivery: Orders must be placed before 10:00pm in order to be delivered the next day between 9:00am and 10:00pm. Please note that we cannot guarantee a precise time window for your Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 10:00pm will be delivered the following day between 9:00am and 10:00pm.
Same Day delivery: Orders must be placed before 3:00pm in order to be delivered between 6:00pm and 10:00pm the same day.
4 Hour delivery (Dubai only): Orders must be placed between 10:00am and 5:00pm in Dubai to be delivered within 4 hours. Kindly check the eligibility of your item for 4 Hour delivery in the product description.
Standard Delivery: Some products, including furniture and lamps, may take between 1 to 5 business days for delivery. For specific details, please refer to the product description and shipping options at checkout.
Preorders: Items available for preorder will be delivered according to the estimated delivery date mentioned in the product description and shipping options at checkout.
Please be aware that in the event of a public holiday, deliveries will be scheduled for the first business day immediately following the holiday.
Please allow an additional processing time during busy periods such as sale seasons.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot cancel nor modify an order once it has been placed. However, you are welcome to return the items in accordance with our refund and return policy.
Can I return my order and get a refund?
Yes you can! To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all enclosed documentation and in its original packaging. In other words, the product must be ready to be resold. See our refund and return policy for more information.
I received a gift from a loved one, can I exchange it?
Yes you can! Gift recipients can exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate an exchange, contact us at care@roomenvy.ae and request a pick-up. After our warehouse inspects the item, we'll provide you with a promo code equal to the gift's value for your flexible use. Please note that gifts are non-refundable.
