Refunds and returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all enclosed documentation and in its original packaging. In other words, the product must be ready to be resold. 

We reserve the right to decline a refund in case these conditions are not met.

If the conditions are met, we will refund the order including the delivery fee for UAE orders only.

Kindly note that once the courier picks up the order it will be returned to our warehouse within 5 to 7 days. Then, the quality check will be processed within another 1 to 3 days.

If approved, you’ll be notified via email and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to ask you for a picture of the returned package before we request a collection from our shipping partner.

We will either try to replace your order for you or if the product is no longer available, we will offer a full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items on sale are final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Posters are non-returnable, unless defects/damages were reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Gifts exchange

Gift recipients can exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate an exchange, contact us at care@roomenvy.ae and request a pick-up. After our warehouse inspects the item, we'll provide you with a promo code equal to the gift's value for your flexible use. Please note that gifts are non-refundable.
