Elle Wing Chair

Elle takes the wing chair, one of the most traditional shapes in furniture, and draws it with a lighter hand. A tall, broad backrest curves forward at the top to shelter the head and shoulders, while a slim four-legged steel frame with integrated arms keeps the silhouette airy.

Rafa García designed Elle as a family: a wing chair, a lounge chair and an executive office chair, all sharing the same high, wide back, reinforced at the lumbar area. The result is a seat that properly supports the upper back, whether you are settling in with a book or just perching for a moment.

This version stands on the four-leg structure with built-in arms. The metal can be lacquered in any of Sancal's 16 extra matte colors, so the frame can blend into the upholstery or stand out against it.

The upholstery carries most of the character. Velvets and soft neutrals give a quiet, refined look, while brighter fabrics turn it into a confident accent piece. Elle is part of Sancal's Museo Collection.

Other bases are available on request, including a swivel four-star base, a sled base and a fully upholstered plinth.
