Elle Mini Lounge Chair

Two elements and nothing else: a lacquered steel frame, and a single stretched cover slung between it.

Rafa García drew Elle Mini as the compact, more casual reading of the original Elle swivel armchair. The silhouette comes straight from a beach lounger, low slung and unhurried, which is why it reads as relaxed even in a formal room.

The cover is a single piece, and it is removable. Sancal treat that as an eco design decision rather than a convenience feature: a damaged cover is repaired or replaced on its own, rather than the whole chair being written off.

The frame comes in around fifteen extra matte lacquer colours, and this one is finished in Calabaza with a Checker cover.
