Stone 4 Rug

Stone 4 is the broadest pebble in the collection, closer to round than the rest, which makes it the one that works under a coffee table or at the centre of a seating group.

It is hand tufted in pure New Zealand wool, dense and level, with the outline cut to follow the drawing rather than trimmed back to a rectangle.

The colour is a deep cocoa brown, matte and even, reading as a single soft shadow on a pale floor.

Diego Fortunato designed six of these shapes so they could be combined, but the larger ones like this were always meant to be able to hold a room by themselves.
