Pearls Runner 2

Pearls is Sabine Finkenauer's collection of stacked circles, a set of simple shapes that behave less like a pattern and more like a string of beads laid on the floor.

This is the shorter of the two runners, made to order in a custom beige, pink and green. Each disc is a flat field of colour with a clean edge, and the outline of the rug follows the discs rather than boxing them in.

It is hand tufted in virgin wool, with a dense low pile that sits flat in a doorway or at the foot of a bed.

The runners were drawn to be combined. Lay two or three end to end and the beads simply carry on down the hall.
