Monoplauto Dining Table 155

Monoplauto grew out of Plauto, one of Miniforms' best-known tables. The leaf-shaped legs of the original have merged into a single solid column, which makes the monolithic idea behind the design even clearer.

The base is pure wood, a sculptural pedestal that leaves plenty of room for chairs all the way around. It feels substantial without ever looking heavy.

This is the round 155 cm version. The top can be specified in wood, marble or porcelain stoneware, and the base in the same choice of woods, from black ash to Canaletto walnut and flamed oak.

Monoplauto is also available as a 180 cm round table and with oval and organic tops up to 300 cm long. Designed by Paolo Cappello and Simone Sabatti.
