Trench is Philippe Malouin's take on upholstered seating for Acerbis: sofas and armchairs with new proportions and an almost ancestral, sculptural form.
A single fluid curve shapes both the seat and the backrest, and the whole body rests on two legs set at right angles to the frame, so it seems to hover with surprising lightness.
The armrests are fully integrated, either fixed or as independent weighted elements that can be placed wherever you want them. The seat has a steel structure in multi-density foam, and the upholstery completely covers every part.
Trench comes in several sofa lengths and as an armchair, upholstered in Acerbis' range of fabrics.
